Covid-19 put a halt to travel, events or large meetings and like everyone, we had to adapt. But the purpose of our 2020 Lecture Series remained as it had always been; to provide a sense of the dicussions taking place amongst our Research team in Edinburgh.
Our first virtual agenda included a short presentation from Managing Director Jane Henderson, an insight into our in-depth research from Investment Manager Matthew Gerlach and a discussion between Investment Manager Des Armstrong and ADP CEO Carlos Rodriguez. Professor Ian Goldin of Oxford University provided a big picture perspective, considering the impact of the pandemic and underlying trends on societies.
