We aim to recruit people with an enquiring mind, ambition and integrity. We reward our people well and aspire to create an environment where everyone can maximise their career capabilities.

We are not all the same at Walter Scott, but we share a belief that we work to deliver the best for our clients. As individuals from different backgrounds, we build on this diversity with the help of great partners, including The Robertson Trust, Girls Who Invest, the British Counciland the Crankstart Scholarship.

We are always interested in exceptional individuals to enhance the business.
